Members of the Human Resources Department involved in the recruitment and selection process.
The manager of the department or company that requested the position to be filled, referred to as the internal client.
The internal client may be any company within Âncora Investments.
What Are the Purposes of Processing?
The personal data collected may be processed for the following purposes:
Integration into ongoing recruitment and selection processes.
Management of applications for use in future recruitment processes.
Recruitment of employees for Âncora Investments companies.
What Type of Processing Is Carried Out?
CV and application review.
Telephone contact to invite the candidate to an interview.
Storage of the CV in the Human Resources Department database, with restricted access.
Printing of the CV for use during the interview.
Note: Any subsequent processing is subject to the candidate's consent, which is obtained at the beginning of the assessment process.
How Long Do We Keep Your Personal Data?
For applications submitted in response to job advertisements, personal data will be retained until the recruitment and selection process has been completed.
For unsolicited applications, personal data will be retained until the candidate exercises their right to erasure.
Whenever a candidate who has responded to a job advertisement wishes their personal data to be considered for future recruitment processes, they must also submit an unsolicited application.

Digital storage with restricted computer access.
Candidate consent obtained at the beginning of the process.
Destruction of printed CV copies used during interviews.
Information, awareness measures, and confidentiality obligations established under Âncora Investments's Code of Ethics and Disciplinary Regulations.
How Do You Give Your Consent?
Consent is provided automatically by selecting the option:

How Can You Withdraw Your Consent?

What Are the Rights of the Personal Data Subject?
Right of Access
