MASSLAB's design for Bragança's Water Treatment Plant roof transforms it into a public space, blending architecture with nature.
The roof features geometric shapes filled with vegetation, creating areas for recreation, education, and leisure. A walkway along the Fervença river links the structure to its surroundings, offering views of the landscape and promoting interaction between the plant's function and the public. The project rethinks infrastructure as a livable, green space, adding value and accessibility to the city
