The aura of the building. Seeking the framing and light that elevate the representation of geometry and materials to the level of portraiture.
The project aimed to address the housing crisis in Portugal by optimizing space. Promoted by IHRU, the intervention foresees the construction of 204 housing units, corresponding to a gross construction area of 18.480m2 and a public park.
